Center Services - PSIC
Our
PS Information Center (PSIC) was developed to provide customers with the service information they need to determine the type and location of any trouble call. It also provides customer details about the equipment and failure rates of any type of equipment. This information can be used to determine areas where training may be required or equipment may need to be replaced. We actively engage our customers to use the PSIC to help better deliver videoconferencing services within their organization.
Our PSIC was developed upon an industry leading help desk software platform with many customized modifications to deliver the type of information and service that is required by our customers. We do not have multiple software platforms internally, but one that is modified to handle all of our customer requirements.
Our features include:
- On-line trouble tickets and reports through "PSIC"
- Automatic generation of monthly reports to provide activity and resolution stats.
