The company has invested extensively in the tools and personnel to deliver service that is industry leading. The average employee has over 8 years of videoconferencing experience. PS Technologies has a management team that includes industry giants who have joined the PST team to create the premier videoconferencing company.
Our goal is to strive for excellence by delivering outstanding videoconferencing solutions to our customers and provide superior support and maintenance for years to come. PS Technologies support is based upon two goals: Employing the best people and utilizing the highest quality tools to deliver a top quality experience that is second to none. At PS Technologies we do much more than the minimum training required. Every member of our service team goes through extensive training each year. Our service team is at least Tier 2 or higher and all have been trained on the products that you purchase. We also have developed a unique, custom software platform through the PS Information Center that delivers on-line service reporting and an automatically generated monthly report that can be quickly accessed here on our website.
At PS Technologies the customer always comes first. The company is 100% owned by the management team. The management of PS Technologies plays an active role to insure that customer satisfaction is always at the highest levels and because of our ownership we will never put our financial goals ahead of our customer’s interest.
